Q1: Have you ever received any handmade flowers?
Most of the people never receive any handmade flowers. They do have an interest in it, but just don't know where to get it.
Q2: What type of materials you will prefer to have with your handmade flowers?
Chiyogami Japanese Paper and Skill Ribbon. Most of the client they don't care about what the material actually is, they do pay more attention to the style and design.
Q3: What will be the reasonable price for a bundle of handmade flowers?
$25-60. Most of the people think handmade flowers are too expensive and not affordable for them to get it. They do prefer to get the fresh flowers with lower cost even though they don't last long.
Q4: How importance is being able to customize your own handmade flowers with your favor colors, favor type of materials, number of flowers, color and type of wrapping papers, etc?
Very importance. Being able to customize is very importance to many people. No one likes fixed standard products. Clients would like to implement their own ideas to create their own gifts. Our firm does think of this and created the customize flowers section to give clients an alternative platform to create their own gifts and create something really own by them.
Q5: What type of accessories you would like to have with your handmade flowers?
A personally customized handwritten card. Most of the clients prefer to have a customized handwritten card to represent their own greeting to their love one. Our firm does consider about this aspect and will come up with the customized handwritten card soon.
Q6: How many days would you prefer to receive your online order?
3-5 days. Our firm has been trying our best to establish policies to satisfy our clients. We are now sending out flowers every saturaday and as well allowing clients to pick up at our store. As demand increases, we will try our best to accomodate as often as twice a week to same day delivery.
Q7: Your top reasons for handmade flowers.
Creative styles and Variety. One thing our handmade flowers are different from other flower shop is the creativity and variety. We spend our effort to design the best handmade flowers to let people to differentiate us between other firms. We wish everyone will enjoy even looking at our products and will take the action to even bring them home.
Q8: How long you would like to have your flowers last for your love one?
Forever. Nowaday, most of the people are looking for a long-term relationship with things. If people found something they like, they would like to keep it for a long-term. People are emotionally attached to their most favorite things, like stocks, a pair of earrings, a pen, a suit, etc. Same as flowers, when people receive a bundle of flowers in a special occassion, like anniversary, engagement, wedding day, etc. They would like to be able to keep the happiness forever.
